Really good Amenities and Convenient Location

ample parkingon-site restaurantrefreshing poolconvenient location
The on-site restaurant and Starbucks were fantastic additions. My room offered plenty of space and included a fan for added comfort. I found the pool and hot tub very refreshing and the bathing suit dryer was a clever addition. I appreciated the ample parking and gas station conveniently located across the street.
I noticed that the bar staff seemed eager to close early, a slight inconvenience.

The location was suitable for my needs. A bus stop outside the hotel offered good transport links.
The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were dirty cups. Essentials were not replenished daily, inconvenient. The overall housekeeping process seemed awkward and ineffective. It was all a bit disappointing.

The room was reasonably sized and included a nice shower. I found the acoustic insulation to be great. I had quiet nights.
I had to wait for a refund regarding a voucher process. The hotel did not communicate with me in a timely manner about it.

I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to help. the bus information displayed was also a huge help for getting around. my bed was really comfortable (i slept like a baby!). the hotel has easy parking.
the room i stayed in only had one wall outlet (that was a little inconvenient). i think the rooms need to be cleaner. there was a need for a plug at my bedside.
